PRIORITY SEATING Season subscribers enjoy the opportunity to purchase the best available seats at all Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic special events before tickets go on sale to the general public.

FREE TICKET EXCHANGE As a subscriber, you have the privilege of exchanging your tickets for regular series concerts, free of charge. (Please exchange tickets prior to a performance)                                                

TICKET REPRINT SERVICE We will replace your lost tickets FREE. Call our box office or come to the “Will-Call” table the day of the performance and we will accommodate you. If you have forgotten or lost your ticket on concert night, please visit our "Will-Call" table where a staff member can reproduce your ticket.                                                        

TAX CREDIT If your ticket will go unused, return it to our box office 24 hours before the event and receive a tax credit for the amount of the ticket.

*Budget Ticket Policy: Budget prices offers no seat choice and no exchanges. The earlier you order, the better your seats.

*Student Ticket Policy: If the tickets are being purchased for college or highschool students, a copy of their student ID is required. If the tickets are for younger children, their tickets must be accompanied by an adult ticket or subscription.
