If You Must Miss a Concert:

If you must miss a concert, please don’t let your seat go empty. Use your tickets to introduce someone to the Philharmonic. Or, return your ticket to the Philharmonic office for a tax-deductible donation or an exchange for another concert. Call the Philharmonic office for details. 570-270-4444

If You Must Be Late:
By tradition, the doors to the hall are closed when the concertmaster arrives on stage. In deference to the performing artists and members of the audience, latecomers will be seated at the conclusion of the first work on the program. Patrons who leave the hall before or during the work will not be reseated until the piece has been completed. We ask that you remain in your seat until the performance ends unless there is an emergency.

If You Lose Your Tickets:
Prior to concert night, call the Philharmonic Box Office. The Manager will reprint your tickets and either mail them or hold them at the door for you. On concert night, see the Philharmonic Box Office Manager at the Will-Call/Pick-Up table where concert passes can be issued to you.

If You Move:
Please notify the Philharmonic office of your new address and telephone number.
