Ancient Classic Modern
The life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as portrayed in the hit feature film Amadeus serves as the inspiration for some of the incredible music you will hear at this concert.
The spellbinding Symphony No . 25 of Mozart, considered to be one of his finest, will be performed by the Philharmonic! His contemporary, Antonio Salieri, will also be featured in his charming Sinfonia in D major. Respighi's homage to ancient music past will open the concert.
Guest soloist William Caballero, Principal Horn of the Pittsburgh Symphony joins our orchestra in Mozart's ebullient Concerto No. 4.
